Apricus Resourcing is working with a leading Drug & Alcohol Recovery Provider in relation to a permanent Centre Manager post based in Guildford.
The post is based within a service that supports people suffering with various drug and alcohol addictions. Their approach combines individual therapy, group counselling, holistic therapies and structured recovery support to help clients rebuild their lives and regain control.
The Role
The team are seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the service. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the centre delivers safe, effective, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with CQC, safeguarding, health and safety, quality assurance and internal governance standards.
The successful candidate will provide strong operational and people leadership, supporting staff development, client care, service quality, occupancy, compliance and the continued development of the therapeutic recovery programme.
This role would suit a confident leader with experience managing a health, social care, residential, therapeutic, substance misuse or similar regulated service.

In return the service are able to offer a Full-Time permanent position paying between £45,000 - £50,000 per Annum dependant on experience/interview. The organisation also have a comprehensive benefits package in place which can be shared upon request.
