Users may create either a Job Seeker Account or a Recruiter Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts where these Terms are breached or information is misleading.
Job Seekers may upload profiles, CVs, and other materials. You remain solely responsible for all content uploaded.
By uploading content, you grant MUJO a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable licence to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sub-license such content for the operation of the Services.
Unless restricted by your settings:
MUJO has no control over how Recruiters use personal data once received.
7.1 MUJO does not verify Job Adverts or Recruiters.
7.2 By applying for a job, you confirm that:

8.1 By subscribing to job alerts or providing your email address, you authorise MUJO to send job-related communications.
8.2 You further consent to receiving news, editorial content, event invitations, and promotional communications from IMI / Medical Update Online, where relevant to your professional interests.
8.3 You may opt out at any time using unsubscribe links or account preferences.
9.1 You must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or promotional in nature (unless authorised).
9.2 MUJO may remove content or suspend Accounts at its discretion.
10.1 Job Adverts may be sourced from third-party feeds and distributed automatically.
10.2 MUJO does not manually review all Job Adverts.
10.3 Job Adverts may be reformatted, ranked, duplicated, or withdrawn automatically.
10.4 MUJO does not guarantee placement, ranking, duration, or visibility.
11.1 Paid listings, PPC, and sponsored placements are delivered on a best-efforts basis.
11.2 MUJO does not guarantee impressions, clicks, applications, hires, or ROI.
11.3 Variances of up to ±10% in delivery shall be deemed acceptable.
12.1 MUJO may use AI-assisted systems for categorisation, ranking, recommendations, and fraud detection.
12.2 Automated systems do not make employment decisions.
12.3 MUJO does not warrant the accuracy or suitability of automated outputs.
13.1 Recruiters must comply with these Terms and any separate Recruiter Commercial Terms.
13.2 Job Adverts must represent genuine vacancies and comply with applicable laws.
13.3 Recruiters remain responsible for applicant vetting and employment decisions.
14.1 Certain Services require payment.
14.2 Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
14.3 Fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed.
15.1 MUJO is not an employment agency.
15.2 MUJO does not endorse or verify Job Adverts or Recruiters.
15.3 The Website is provided on an “as is” basis.
16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUJO excludes all implied warranties.
16.2 MUJO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, data, or profits.
16.3 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
