TeacherActive is working with a fantastic specialist SEND school in Bury St Edmunds supporting children and young people aged 3 19 with a range of complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We are looking for SEND Support Workers to join the school. You do not need previous school experience or specific qualifications your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are what matter most.
The RoleAs a SEND Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support throughout the school day. The role combines elements of a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker and Care Assistant, so it could be particularly suited to someone coming from a care or support background.
