Service Manager - Supported Housing
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £40,000 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
On-call: Planned rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Additional: Essential Car User Allowance + mileage
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of an established not-for-profit organisation for an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality supported accommodation services across Luton.
This is a senior operational role responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders, Coordinators and Support Coaches, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.

About You
We are looking for an experienced manager from a housing, supported accommodation, homelessness, social care or related support environment.
You will have:
Experience of working with local authorities, managing budgets, developing services and working within regulated environments would be advantageous.
