Full time permanent role - Monday - Thursday and Friday . Office and site based role.
Salary £45000 (could be slightly higher depending on experience) plus very good all round company benefits, including private health insurance after successful completion of the probationary period, good pension scheme, 30 days holiday plus all bank holidays and Christmas shutdown!

The role - Housing Officer

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of housing services, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to residents while maintaining compliance with housing regulations and best practice.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit an experienced Housing Officer ready to step up or an established Housing Manager looking for a role within a smaller organisation where they can make a real impact.
Company will pay for level 4 housing management qualification if not already held.
