Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day leadership and management of a children's residential home in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing and high-quality residential childcare, particularly those with emotional, behavioural and complex needs.
They will support the Registered Manager with safeguarding, staff management, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, helping create a positive environment where children and young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
