The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete within required timescales where applicable).
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Service Manager within a complex children's residential, transitional, or supported living service.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting young people with complex emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health needs.
  • Proven experience managing services supporting young people who present with high-risk behaviours, including self-harm, aggression, emotional dysregulation, safeguarding concerns, and complex risk management.
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and therapeutic approaches.
