Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. What you'll be doing:
Leading and developing a motivated care team
Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people
Managing referrals and admissions efficiently
Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership skills in a children's care setting
Strong understanding of SEMH needs and care standards
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Commitment to safeguarding and quality care
Required Education & Licences:
Relevant childcare or social care qualification
Appropriate safeguarding and health & safety certifications
Experience:
Extensive experience in children's residential care, with a focus on SEMH support
Track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance
