Annual Salary: Actual salary -£14,224.92 (actual salary based on hours and weeks worked) (FTE £26592)
Location: Surrey
Job Type: Part-time, 22.2 hours per week, 37 weeks per year

Day-to-day of the role:

Provide tailored support to learners in class, either one-on-one or in small groups, across various curriculum areas from entry level to Level 3.
Implement effective strategies to assist students with reading, writing, and maths skills.
Offer support to students during their exams.
Maintain detailed records of all support activities provided to learners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must have English & Maths at Level 2.
A relevant Learning Support Assistant qualification is highly advantageous, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
Strong IT, numeracy, oral, and written communication skills.
A deep understanding of the Additional Learning Support function and its critical role in education.
