The Role:
Reporting to the House Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, family-style living and learning environment for residents. The residential houses are lively, sociable spaces where residents, staff, and volunteers come together daily. As a Support Worker in the Towy Valley, Carmarthenshire, you will assist residents with practical daily activities, promote independence, and help them advocate for their needs. The environment is warm, welcoming, and varied ideal for individuals who are patient, reliable, and enjoy working in a dynamic setting. Full training is provided to help you succeed in your role.
