The Role
You'll take ownership of all sales and marketing activity for the home, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are achieved while maintaining an outstanding experience for prospective residents and their loved ones.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated individual with:
Knowledge of occupancy management, private funding, or healthcare referrals would be highly advantageous. As well as a generous salary, there is also the opportunity to earn commission through temporary stays and general admissions. The home currently has a lot of availability, so there is plenty of additional earning potential
Due to the nature of the work, this role requires the candidate to be on fully on-site. You must have a valid UK drivers license, as there will be a requirement to go into the community to meet clients to raise awareness of the care home and the support they provide The site is commutable from Leicester, Corby, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Loughborough, Coalville & Market Harborough.
