Fulfilment Consultant

Edinburgh

Permanent £27000.00 - £28000.00 Annual

JOB Title: Fulfilment Consultant - (Care Sector)
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission & excellent benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment?
At Randstad Care Edinburgh, we are looking for a driven, organised, and high-energy Fulfilment Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly growing Care division.
This isn't your average 9-to-5 desk job. The care sector moves at lightning speed, and your mission will be to ensure our clients have the vital healthcare professionals they need, exactly when they need them. If you love a buzzing atmosphere, thrive under pressure, and want to make a tangible, real-world impact, you'll fit right in.
The Role: What you'll be doing
Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment role, your primary focus is candidate delivery and shift fulfilment. The clients are already established; your job is to source the best talent and match them to the right shifts, fast.

  • Fast-Paced Shift Matching: Manage a high volume of temporary care shifts, matching them efficiently with our pool of qualified support workers and nurses.
  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively attract, source, and interview top-tier care candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure all candidates are thoroughly vetted, referenced, and fully compliant with Scottish care sector regulations (working closely with our dedicated compliance team).
  • Relationship Management: Build excellent rapport with your candidate pool and existing care clients, ensuring Randstad remains their go-to agency.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Last-minute drop-outs and emergency shift requests happen. You'll need to think on your feet to find immediate, effective solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Speed and Stamina: You thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in recruitment (ideally temporary staffing or the care sector) is highly desirable. However, we also welcome high-performers from fast-paced customer service, hospitality, or scheduling backgrounds.
  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone and via email.
  • Superb Organisation: You can juggle competing priorities smoothly without letting standard of care or service slip.
  • Resilience: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to stay calm when plans change at the last minute.

What's in it for you?

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a balanced split between our vibrant Edinburgh office and working from home.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: A competitive base salary topped up by a highly lucrative commission structure.
  • World-Class Training: Benefit from Randstad's industry-leading training and development programmes to fast-track your career.
  • Fantastic Benefits: Lifestyle savings, tech schemes, holiday purchase options, and comprehensive well-being support.
  • Great Culture: Work within a supportive, collaborative, and driven team that celebrates every success together.
