Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £44,214.54 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our CQC-rated Good supported living service at Ash Grove.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated team.
The RoleAs the CQC Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 colleagues.
- Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC standards and delivers outstanding care.
- Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and staff development.
- Manage medication, safeguarding, health and safety, and service quality.
- Work closely with the Housing Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
About YouYou'll have:
- Previous experience managing a CQC-registered service.
- At least two years' leadership experience within health or social care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and medication management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Eligibility to meet the requirements to be a CQC Registered Manager.
Desirable:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults).
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager.
An Enhanced DBS is required.
