The Role

As Registered Care Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a high-quality domiciliary care service, ensuring care is safe, compliant and person-centred while supporting continuous improvement and service growth.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for:

The role also involves a peripatetic element, requiring travel within the local area for:

About You

You will be an experienced care leader with strong knowledge of domiciliary care, CQC regulations and service quality. You will be confident managing people, improving standards and ensuring care is delivered safely, professionally and consistently.

You will need:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role in domiciliary care
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to take part in an on-call rota, including weekday evenings and weekends on a fair rota basis

It would be beneficial if you also have:

  • Experience managing inspections or leading regulatory improvement plans
  • Experience in service growth or business development
  • Strong background in audits, governance or quality assurance systems
Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with participation in the on-call rota and occasional evening/weekend working as required.

We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary branch in Fakenham. You'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding care and building a strong local reputation, creating a branch culture that prioritises quality, person-centred care, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a well established domicliary branch in Fakenham
  • Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance for the branch
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, and local stakeholders
  • Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation
  • Take full responsibility for commercial performance, quality, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience in a management role within the care sector, ideally within domiciliary
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
