Croydon s Family Assessment Service (FAS) is growing and they re looking for passionate, committed Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Family Assessment Service (FAS) works with children and families at the assessment stage you'll focus on short-term, outcome-driven interventions that shape future planning. Expect a mix of Section 17 and Section 47 work, engaging directly with families and building strong working relationships with partner agencies.
If you re stepping into the Senior Social Worker role, you ll also contribute to reflective practice and offer guidance to less experienced colleagues.
What you ll need:Social Work England registration
Assessment, CP, or safeguarding experience
Confidence in managing complex situations and making sound decisions
