Registered Care Home Manager.
Salary: £55,000 per annum + £10,000k Bonus!
Location: Sowerby, North Yorkshire

Registered Care Home Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong, positive culture within a residential care home.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop a team.
- A strong track record of achieving good commercial performance and delivering positive business results.
- Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous.

Registered Care Home Manager Requirements:
- A proven track record of career stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.
- Ideally, experience maintaining a Good or Outstanding CQC rating during your tenure. Candidates with Inadequate ratings, or RI ratings in Safe or Well-Led, will not be considered.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop a positive team culture.
- Proven commercial awareness and business performance.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous.
