We re hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long term Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until the end of 2028 based in Bristol & Bath within the community . In this role, you will carry out effective assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders within custodial settings. Your primary focus will be to support participants in identifying and addressing their individual needs, with the aim of reducing their risk of reoffending.

You ll manage a caseload and provide coordinated oversight of risk, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding both adults and children. This includes promptly reporting any changes in individual risk to the Probation Service and adhering to established policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective risk management.

From initial engagement and assessment, you will offer motivational support and guidance throughout participants sentences. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we re offering a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
