Registered Manager Residential Care and Supported Living

Having been operating for 24 years, my client is a very established private provider with a track record of delivering stable, safe services that give people the opportunity to thrive. They support 16 people across two sites, a care home and a supported living scheme, and you ll oversee the care delivery and operations across both. Recently rated Good by CQC, they re looking for someone who can build on the already great care and keep the service developing for the benefit of the people they support.
On offer is a salary of £48,000 - £52,000 for a 40-hour contract. The Registered Manager manages their own time, with flexibility around working hours.

For this post, we re looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager with a proven track record of delivering quality-focused, CQC-regulated care for people with learning disabilities and an understanding of supporting those with autism.
