Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Chelmsford £60,000 + OTE
We are looking for an established senior care home sales professional with experience of working across multiple homes and a proven track record of driving occupancy, revenue and commercial performance.
This is a senior sales appointment within a large luxury care home, suited to someone who has previously held regional, divisional or multi-site responsibility and is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level.
Working closely with the General Manager, you ll take ownership of sales performance, using your understanding of revenue, budgets, occupancy, fee levels, pipeline and conversion to identify opportunities, troubleshoot performance and drive continued growth.
You ll also lead the full CRM function within the home, developing the local market and professional referral network, generating new enquiries, managing pipeline and conversion and supporting families from initial enquiry through to move-in.
