What you'll be doing
You'll be liaising directly with the scientists and researchers performing Raman, FTIR, X-ray diffraction, and general optical microscopy. It ll be your job to understand what they need and helping shape the right solution for them.
No two days will look the same - one moment you might be talking a customer through a technical query, the next you're following up on an enquiry, training a distributor, or gathering market insight that feeds back into the business.
