The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home. You will ensure exceptional care, full compliance with Children s Homes Regulations, and drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding outcomes for the young people in your care. You ll be backed by a robust, supportive senior leadership team and given the autonomy to run the home your way.
