For this Registered Managers position we need someone who has had 2 years experience of working with children across the past 5 years. In addition you would need either:
Deputy Management experience with the ability to progress to Lead management
Current Registered Management experience, but seeking a new challenge
The ability to be hands-on, work well with staff and the children, plus lead by example
