Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced and reliable Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our flexible agency team.
As an Agency Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will work across a variety of residential and nursing care settings, supporting the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include providing and overseeing high-quality personal care, supporting individuals with mobility and daily living, monitoring wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records and ensuring care plans and risk assessments are followed.
You may also be required to support and guide other care staff, provide effective handovers and escalate changes or concerns regarding an individual's health or wellbeing appropriately.
Where required by the placement, and only where appropriately trained, assessed as competent and authorised, you may be responsible for supporting with the administration and recording of medication.
