Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced, compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our flexible agency team.
As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will work across a variety of healthcare and social care settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care while supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include supporting individuals with personal care, washing and dressing, continence care, mobility and moving and handling, meals and hydration and other aspects of daily living.
You may support older people, individuals living with dementia and people with a range of physical, health or complex care needs.
You will be expected to follow individual care plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate and professional care records and recognise and promptly report any changes or concerns regarding an individual's health, wellbeing or safety.
As an agency Healthcare Assistant, you will need to be adaptable and confident working within different care environments while respecting the policies, procedures and established routines of each service.
