We re hiring for a Part Time Accommodation Support Officer to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day. This is a fixed term contract until Feb 2027
In this role you will;
- Manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders
- You will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions
- You'll support participants in navigating housing challenges, ensure they are kept informed of decisions affecting them.
- Promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary Starting from £25,877 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
- Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
Skills & Experience
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
