Quality Manager - Domiciliary & Supported Living
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum

We are working with a growing care provider who are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality and compliance across their domiciliary care and supported living services in and around Aylesbury.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Registered Managers to ensure high standards of care are maintained across all services, while supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
The Role
As Quality Manager, you will:
- Oversee quality and compliance across domiciliary and supported living services.
- Work closely with Registered Managers to maintain and improve standards of care.
- Conduct regular audits, quality checks and service reviews.
- Monitor action plans and ensure identified improvements are followed through.
- Support services with CQC compliance, inspections and regulatory requirements.
- Review care plans, risk assessments, medication records and other key documentation.
- Monitor incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and other quality indicators.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide practical support to management teams.
- Promote a strong culture of person-centred care, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
- Produce quality reports and provide feedback to senior management.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous quality, compliance or operational experience within domiciliary care, supported living or a similar adult social care environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Experience carrying out audits and quality monitoring.
- Experience working alongside Registered Managers.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, care planning, medication and risk management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and support services where required.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous due to travel between services.
- Over 1 years quality management experience within domiciliary or supported living settings
