Salary: £40,000 £44,000 starting salary (pathway-dependent) + guaranteed uplifts + bonuses
Location: Federated House, Hendford Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 1UU office-based during training, 50/50 hybrid after
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm. No nights. No weekends. No on-call.

PIP Pathway Milestone Salary Starting
£40,000 6 months (on approval)
£41,000 12 months
£42,000 Plus: - 5% one-off bonus on approval
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly

Who We're Looking For - Active NMC, HCPC, or GPhC registration Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification clinical experience (adult experience, as you'll assess ages )
- Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills, plus confident report writing and IT use
- Full Right to Work in the UK required (sponsorship not available)
