About The Role
Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive, lasting changes?
We're looking for a Senior Programme & Peer Coordinator to join our team at HMP The Mount, working 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll lead the delivery of our 6-week Bridge Programme, while helping to develop a strong culture of recovery and peer support across the service.
The Bridge Programme is based on the 12-step principles of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous and incorporates Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and the Seeking Safety approach.
