HRC is recruiting experienced Carers across Edinburgh - and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy making a difference.

What will you be doing?
Every day is different, but you'll be helping the people we support to live as independently and confidently as possible.
Your role could include:
- Providing emotional and practical support and encouraging individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Supporting people to get involved in meaningful activities.
- Building positive relationships and helping people to enjoy a good quality of life.
- Working as part of a team to provide support in line with individual care plans.
- Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living tasks, always maintaining dignity, respect and choice.
- Recognising and reporting any changes in an individual's physical or emotional wellbeing.
- Keeping clear and accurate records of the support you provide.
Could this be you?
We're looking for people who are:
- Kind, caring and compassionate
- Positive, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others
- Confident communicating and building trusting relationships
- Happy being busy, active and hands-on
- Experienced - you'll need at least 6 months' UK care experience
- A valid UK driving licence holder
