What you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining strong standards through hands-on, visible leadership
- Supporting and developing an established, capable team
- Taking ownership of quality, compliance and safeguarding
- Managing occupancy, budgets and the home's financial performance
- Leading the service through refurbishment with minimal disruption for residents and colleagues
What you'll need:
- Experience managing a residential service of a similar size and client group
- A proven record of achieving Good outcomes with the CQC
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness, including budget and occupancy management
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it
£65,000 £70,000, with the autonomy to lead an established home and the support to keep it thriving.
