ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established private dental practice is seeking to recruit an experienced Private Dentist.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and accomplished private dentist to join a high-quality independent practice in Chichester. The practice provides comprehensive private dentistry ranging from routine care to complex restorative and implant treatment, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, collaboration and long-term patient care.
The practice provides a professional yet relaxed working environment, combining the character of an established independent practice with modern, well-presented surgeries and excellent clinical facilities. The team has invested significantly in the practice and its technology, with a fourth surgery currently being added as part of its continued growth.
The successful candidate will inherit an established patient list, with strong existing demand following the departure of a previous associate. The position is initially for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with greater flexibility around working days anticipated following the completion of the new fourth surgery.
The practice is particularly interested in a dentist with a strong restorative background and a demonstrable commitment to postgraduate education. An MSc, postgraduate diploma or other advanced training would be advantageous, although the practice is open to different clinical interests and skill sets that complement the existing team.
Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience working in UK private dental practice and be confident providing comprehensive care to an established private patient base. Excellent communication skills and chairside manner are essential. The practice has a small NHS children's contract and thus an NHS performer number is preferred but not essential.
Of equal importance is career stability. The practice is seeking a dentist looking for a genuine long-term position and candidates should be able to demonstrate good longevity in their previous roles.
