Residential Support Worker x6

6 x Residential Support Workers

Up to 14 per hour

Sleep-in payments of 50 per sleep-in.

Essential Criteria

Please only submit CVs for candidates who meet the following requirements:

A minimum of 1 year experience working within an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Children's Home setting.
Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce/Children's Residential Care, or be actively working towards achieving this qualification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding and practical application of Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches, including PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), when supporting children and managing behaviours.
