Position: Registered Manager
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Salary: 65,000 per annum + 10% of annual salary
Hours: Full-time, days

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Qualified Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading a dedicated team and ensuring high standards of person-centred care, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home
- Lead, motivate and develop the care and nursing team
- Ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Oversee audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Previous management experience within a care home setting
- Nursing qualified with an active NMC PIN (Desirable)
