Education Support Worker - Bexhill
Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a school on an exciting new SEND Support Assistant position specifically to support learners with Complex Learning Difficulties and PMLD needs in the Bexhill area.
Starting immediately, the school is looking for an outstanding SEND Support Assistant to join them on a long term temporary basis. If the role goes well there is the potential for this to turn into a permanent assignment.
It is a special school for young students who have complex and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) needs. In addition to their learning difficulties some pupils have other needs associated with Autistic Spectrum Condition, speech, language and communication difficulties.
If you are passionate about supporting children with complex additional needs, and have experience with children/adults with challenging and complex SEND/PMLD this opportunity could be ideal for you. In addition, if you have experience as a Youth Worker, Care Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in education, please do apply!
