One Choice Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded domiciliary care provider in Bournemouth, supporting adults with complex healthcare needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About the Care Coordinator Role
As a Care Coordinator, you ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, clinical team, care professionals, clients, families and healthcare professionals, you ll coordinate care packages, manage staff rotas and respond quickly when circumstances change.
You ll be based in the office and no two days will be the same. You ll be trusted to use your judgement, solve problems and make sure the right support is in place for clients and care professionals.
