At Shaftesbury Horizons, we re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to help shape a supportive, inclusive environment where people can truly thrive. Please note this role will be predominantly day work but will include the occasional night shift.
Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

As a Team Leader, you ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for both the people we support and your team.
