As a Mental Health Support Worker, you ll provide person-centred emotional and practical support, helping individuals with mental health needs to live as independently, confidently and meaningfully as possible.

You ll need to be reliable, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.
Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, social care or supported living is desirable but not essential full training can be provided for the right candidates.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the geographical nature of the role, with mileage paid.
