Residential Support Worker - Bank Staff
Locations: Erith, Kent (DA8) or Abbey Wood, London (SE2)
Pay: £14.50-£15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Shift Pattern: 12-hour day and night shifts
Minimum Commitment: Two shifts per week
About the Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for a Residential Support Worker - Bank Staff to join a specialist children's residential care setting in Erith or Abbey Wood.
The role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker, Children's Support Worker or Residential Childcare Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children and young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
Working within a children's home, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping to create a safe, stable, nurturing and supportive environment.
You will support the emotional, social, behavioural and developmental needs of children and young people, promote independence and provide consistent support based on their individual needs, care plans and risk assessments.
