Support Worker, Days and Waking Nights
Location: Liverpool WA7, across Starling Close and Dalwood Close and Lessingham Road WA8,
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shifts: 8am to 8pm days and 8pm to 8am waking nights
Start date: Immediate starts available

Transforming Support is recruiting Support Workers across three supported living services in Liverpool. The roles involve supporting adults with a range of physical health, mental health, learning disability and complex support needs.
Opportunities are available across day shifts and waking nights at Lessingham Road, Starling Close and Dalwood Close.
Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for these roles. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
What is on offer
The role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that helps individuals live as independently, safely and confidently as possible.
The exact focus will vary by service:
Lessingham Road supports individuals with physical health needs, including epilepsy, Parkinson s and dysphagia.
Dalwood Close supports individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Starling Close provides similar support, with a strong focus on one-to-one care, clear documentation and medication administration.

About you
We are looking for kind, reliable and resilient people who genuinely want to support others.
For roles at Starling Close and Dalwood Close, at least six months experience in care or support would be preferred because of the complex needs and behaviours involved.
For Lessingham Road, at least six months experience in care or support ideally in supporting physical health needs.
A Care Certificate would be an advantage, but it is not essential because this can be completed as part of your training.

The services are accessible by public transport. Starling Close is opposite a train station and also has nearby bus routes. Applicants should check that public transport is available for their required shift times, particularly on Sundays.
