We are recruiting for a Targeted Services Officer to join a Prevention Team, supporting young people and families to reduce the risk of offending, improve life chances and promote positive outcomes.
The RoleYou will work directly with young people in a range of settings, delivering individual and group interventions, managing a caseload and supporting young people who may be vulnerable, at risk of offending or displaying challenging behaviour.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will have experience working with young people and their families, including experience of case management and delivering individual or group interventions. You will be confident working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and have a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk and child protection.
Enhanced DBS required. Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
