Registered Nurse
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (SG4 8BY)
Salary: 32,073 - 39,043 per annum DOE
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
Brainkind is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care centre, Stagenhoe, in Hertfordshire.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions, supporting their rehabilitation, wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC and organisational guidelines.
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with policies, procedures and care plans.
- Provide clinical leadership and, where appropriate, take responsibility for managing patient care during shifts.
About You
- Registered Nurse with post-registration clinical experience.
- Knowledge of current clinical best practice.
- Understanding of relevant healthcare legislation and nursing standards.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Experience managing long-term conditions.
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and work effectively within a team.
- Committed to delivering person-centred care.
