We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing care team. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people you support. Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
Assisting with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration.
Assisting with light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and shopping.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access the community.
Accurately completing care records and reporting any changes in a client's wellbeing.
Promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times.
Following safeguarding procedures, health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred, due to the nature of travelling between clients' homes.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
These are positions offering 30-40 hours a week of work with the opportunity for Permanent employment
