The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. You'll be confident dispensing a wide range of frames and lenses, providing tailored recommendations based on each patient's prescription, lifestyle, and visual needs.
You'll also be responsible for carrying out pre-screening, including using the latest diagnostic equipment, ensuring patients are fully prepared before seeing the Optometrist.
