Hours: Full-time opportunities available
You'll need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and sleep-ins across a seven-day rota.

About the roleAs a Support Worker, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and mobility needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. Some of the people we support use wheelchairs.
Our services are located close to Margate town centre with good public transport links. A full UK driving licence is desirable to help the people we support access activities, appointments and their local community.

You don't need previous experience in social care we'll provide all the training you need. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, childcare or volunteering can provide valuable transferable skills.
