As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch clinical care and governance.
As teh Clinical Lead Nurse you will be part of management team to deliver exceptional service, and use your expertise to mentor and train nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement clinical governance policies in collaboration with the Home Manager, adhering to NMC guidelines.
- Mentor and train nursing staff on medication administration and health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive care records that reflect the individual needs of residents.
