Job Title: Deputy Manager
Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum
Location: Brockley, South East London
Our client already holds a presence in the residential childcare sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs
They are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry thus now aiming for 'Outstanding' across all homes.

Good news! My client is looking for a Deputy Manager who will continue to drive that passion within the team - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!
Registered Nurse - Clinical Deputy Manager
Nursing Home West Yorkshire (Leeds/Bradford)
45,882. hours Permanent
The last person to sit in this chair is about to be handed the keys to the home. She started as a nurse here, earned her stripes, and is now stepping up to Registered Manager. That tells you two things: this is a company that backs its own, and there's a Deputy's seat open for the right reason.
You'd be her clinical right hand in a small, close-knit nursing home caring for older people, mostly general nursing with some dementia. It's all on the ground floor, everyone knows every resident by name, and the day actually feels manageable.
Here's the honest bit, because you'd rather hear it now than in week three. This service has had a wobble and it's on an improvement journey. That's not a warning, it's the opportunity. There's a genuine chance to help steady the ship, put your fingerprints on the turnaround, and walk away with something on your CV that says "I made this better." And you won't be doing it alone. There's a hands-on regional team and senior leadership who are clearly invested in getting this one right.
What you'd actually be doing
What's in it for you
The non-negotiables
If you've led in a good-rated home and fancy proving you can get another one there, or you're a seasoned manager happy to step back into a strong number-two role, this one's worth a conversation.
