As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes. We're looking for someone with previous managerial or senior leadership experience within a care setting, alongside a solid background of working with adults with learning disabilities. Experience of supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome or complex/dual diagnosis needs would be highly advantageous, though full training and support will be provided. A relevant care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards) is desirable, along with a strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding and positive behaviour support approaches.
