We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team, providing high-quality care across Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Supported Living Services, around Hounslow / Ealing / Uxbridge / Richmond and Harrow.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support individuals with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment where required.
- Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised).
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in service users' health or wellbeing.
- Support individuals with daily living activities and encourage independence.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and families.
Domiciliary Care Assistant Responsibilities
In addition to the above, Domiciliary Care Assistants will:
- Visit clients in their own homes to provide personalised care and support.
- Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community access.
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and remain safely in their own homes.
Essential Requirements for HCA s / Support Workers
- Health Care Assistants and Support Workers must have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a care home, nursing home, supported living service, hospital, or other healthcare setting.
- Previous domiciliary care experience is desirable for Domiciliary Care Assistants but not essential if you have relevant care experience in the UK.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays where required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Additional Requirement for Domiciliary Care Roles
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred (or willingness to travel between clients using suitable transport where applicable).
Desirable Qualifications
- Moving & Handling Training.
- Medication Administration Training.
- First Aid and Basic Life Support.
- Experience supporting older people, individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs.
