About the RoleWe're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication needs and those receiving end-of-life care within a residential service.
Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Sevenoaks railway station, the service provides personalised, person-centred support to help people live as independently as possible while achieving their goals and enjoying meaningful lives.
As part of the role, you'll support people to access appointments, activities and the local community, so you'll need a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving our service vehicles.
