  • A proven track record of managing or supporting the day-to-day running of a domiciliary care service.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, the Care Act and best practice in domiciliary care.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care as a minimum (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards).
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
